The Baar App is designed to offer personalized hair care routines, recommendations, and educational content. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

2. User Accounts

You may need to create an account to access some features of the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account.

3. Subscription & Payments

Some features may require a paid subscription. Pricing, billing terms, and cancellation policies will be provided at the time of subscription. All payments are non-refundable unless required by law.

All content, features, and functionality of the App, including text, graphics, and logos, are owned by Baar or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

5. User-Generated Content

If you submit any content to the App (e.g. reviews, comments), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content within the App and for promotional purposes.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Infringe on others’ rights or privacy
• Upload or distribute harmful or misleading content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or tamper with the App

7. Disclaimer

Baar provides hair care guidance and recommendations for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee specific results, and you should consult a medical professional for any health-related concerns.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Baar is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App.

9. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. If we do, we will notify users via the App or email. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your local jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
